What is your venue capacity?

How do I secure my day?
To secure your day, we require half (1/2) of the total payment along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is not due until thirty (30) days before your scheduled event.
Do you have preferred vendors?
The only vendor that we require you use from our list is your bartender. Beyond that, you are welcome to use the vendors of your choosing. If you are in need of recommendations for specific vendors, we are happy to offer suggestions.
What are the requirements?
1. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender from the list provided by Hickory Meadow.
2. An event insurance policy - a one-day, $1,000,000 policy. You can go through any agency to acquire this policy.

Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. If you choose any of our rental items, those come at an additional cost.
How many staff do you provide on my wedding day?
Depending on your guest count, we will have between 4 and 6 staff members present - including one or both owners. Staffing is included in all packages.
What do you and your staff do?
We arrive an hour and a half to two hours prior to your event and are there to handle anything you may need. From parking to flipping the space, to cleaning up after the event, we are on hand for the entirety of your event.
What if it rains?
The beauty of the space is that even if you are planning an outdoor ceremony, there is plenty of room inside for your wedding to move indoors. Prior to your day, we will make sure we know your Plan A and your Plan B so that we are prepared for any scenario and you do not have to worry about a thing.
Can we use the barn and property for engagement pictures?
Absolutely! All of our wedding packages include use of space and property for engagement sessions. In fact, we ONLY allow our clients to use the property for pictures.
Do you provide the linens?
We do not provide the linens but we can point you in the direction of several excellent rental companies.
What about a rehearsal and dinner?
Our one day package offers a 30-minute rehearsal Monday-Thursday (Friday when available). Our two day package ensures you get the day before in order to decorate, rehearse, and have your dinner if you choose.
Do you offer any decor items?
We have a wide array of decor items that are free for you to use.
